Riyadh: OPPO has introduced a cross-country warranty service for select devices purchased in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries and India, offering warranty, repair, and upgrade services at authorized service centers in these regions.
The service covers models like the A3x, Reno12 series, and F27Pro+, and is available to customers in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and India.
Customers can access free warranty and system upgrades by presenting a purchase receipt and warranty card. For out-of-warranty devices, repair services are also available, with competitive pricing for parts like screens, batteries, and mainboards.
